What we like:
1) the response time from the host was 110%. Not just 100. They texted before during and after to ensure our comfort. It was nice to get a text each and every morning to see if there’s anything that we needed. The response time was instant.
2) you are in the heart of everything. After so many days of walking around Spain, my feet were extremely exhausted.. WD had recommended a spa but it was a little outside of my budget. I found one even closer (7 mins away). Dee, professional massage therapist has over 20 yrs of exp Nelumbo Massage

3) housekeeping service was great. We loved the great big, thick, fluffy towels.
4) the apartment itself was beautiful. Wish we had window to outside, but the upstairs deck was nice.
What we thought could’ve been improved
1) the written instructions for entry had extra characters that were not needed. You just needed to put the numbers in with the #sign at the end. It was a little confusing because they had stars * and another # at the beginning with the initial instructions. I saw that another reviewer had mentioned that too, but I didn’t make a note of it to remember. I thought they might’ve fixed that since it had been mentioned so hopefully if I write it again, they will also the digital board wasn’t set properly so with one of the numbers you had to press it above
2) Not 100% sound or light proof. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs.
