Really great! When checking in, the front desk provides a password for accessing both the main gate and the room. The room was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

It is located at a good location, near to the cathedral. Room is very large and has an outdoor roof you could sit or let laundry dry. Convenient to cook because it is.near to market that you could buy food.

Hotel is at the centre of cathedral. It is generally clean but there are mosquitoes and I killed at least 4 of them.

It's amazing good, walk distance to most tourist attractions, spacious and clean and fragrance rooms, provide slippers, juice and milk.

The hotel is conveniently located, with Seville Cathedral just a short walk away, Metropolitan Parasol to the north, and the Seville Bullring to the west. Apart from the slightly strange decor, everything else is great.

The location was excellent. Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar Palace are within a 10-minute walk. There is a Mas supermarket nearby, so it was very convenient to buy groceries. The staff were incredibly friendly. It was very convenient to have a washing machine and cooking utensils available. I was especially impressed by the welcome food. It was great that snacks, juice, milk, water, laundry detergent (Kam Sul 1), and even a capsule coffee machine (the coffee was Decif capsules) were provided. Disposable slippers are also available. You can see the Giralda Tower from the rooftop. However, there were just two things: it was extremely cold... and we were glad we brought an electric blanket. The mattress in the living room was so dirty and even had blood on it, so we didn't use it. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location, very stylish room, everything you need for a stay: washing machine, iron, dishes, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and so on. But the best thing is the terrace. We had the Giralda Loft room, and we absolutely loved it. Check-in was very convenient; they sent us a code on the day of arrival. We are very happy, thank you. If we come back to Seville, we will definitely come back.

The apartment is ideally located in Seville's Old Town, within walking distance of all attractions, and conveniently situated near supermarkets and restaurants. It was the only hotel during my trip to Spain and Portugal to provide amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers, and cotton pads. The mattress was a bit soft, and one bedroom was a little noisy due to its street-facing location.

On the first night, there was absolutely no hot water. It was ice cold. Imagine traveling all day and not being able to shower or wash your hair. I urgently called the hotel to ask if there was any solution, and they bluntly replied: "No, we'll have to wait until the staff arrives at 10 a.m. the next morning." I was out and about at 10 a.m., and there was no explanation. The next day, no staff member came or contacted me to apologize. Even with Ctrip's help, the hotel refused to acknowledge the problem. They said the boiler water was gone, not that they didn't heat it. My question is, what should I do? Everyone, please avoid this; it's just a hassle.

It was enough for a family of 4 to stay and was close to tourist attractions. The interior was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing was that it was a regular building, so there was some noise between floors.

The price/performance ratio is good, and the location is very close to the central district. However, the service is average. There are no service staff at check-in or check-out. It takes a long time to communicate to get the password when entering the door for the first time.

Есть мини кухня (не использовали), капсульная кофе машина.Стильный дизайн. Прекрасная терраса ( на террасе душ) и красивый вид на собор. Апартаменты понравились.

地點超棒，離大教堂和皇宮超級近，附近好多好吃的，就是開車進來太困難了，前台基本沒人，靠自己找地方比較困難，導航不準確，不過還是很推薦，就是別開車進來
