Новые, стильные апартаменты со всеми удобствами (кухня, стиральная машина, утюг и пр.). 5 минут до жд вокзала, бесконтактное заселение.
Минусы: 1. плохо помыты полы (много чужих волос, пыль). Если пол тёмного цвета - это не значит, что грязь будет незаметна. 2. Жила на первом этаже. Пару раз было много муравьев, которые обнаружили на полу что-то ценное и принялись тащить всей муравьиной командой. В остальном апартаменты прекрасны.

Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, в этот раз комната понравилась больше, потому что вид не на дорогу, но с открытыми окнами все равно очень шумно. Грязная стена около кровати, но зато есть кухня и куча всего для приготовления пищи. Вид из окна на соседний дом. В прошлой комнате не могла выключить вентиляцию, а в этой не смогла включить) не удобно , что нет ресепшена. Но все что нужно для жизни есть, почти как дома )

Очень удобная квартирка, есть стиралка и посудомойка, в пяти минутах лидл. До центра минут 15-20 пешком, зато тихо и спокойно.
Нам досталась квартира с видом на внутренний двор, очень тихо в номере, шума с улицы вообще нет.
Но если шумят в коридоре - слышно.
Из минусов: бассейн не работал, воду слили.
Очень грязный пол (хотя все поверхности были чистые), но пол явно давно не пылесосили и не мыли, прям песок на полу был по приезду.

This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top dining. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Had no direct contact with anyone for check in or check out but all went smoothly.

Great location! C2 & C1 bus stop is conveniently located across the street to go to the train station Santa Justa and others places. Many cervecerías serving great tapas are located in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay next time!
