TOC Hostel Seville boasts an unbeatable location directly opposite Seville Cathedral. The interior design perfectly blends modern elements with traditional Andalusian style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking city views. The fingerprint access system is both secure and high-tech, making this the ideal base for exploring Seville.

Located right in the middle of shopping area, lots of restaurants. Walkable to bus station, major attractions. Good plus is great shower and Aircon bed comfy too. Counter is helpful. Only minor issues is, the digital key I got doesn't work, still use pin and the cozy rooftop pool is really tiny and water seems not that clean. Two if us got a quaroom, quite pricey for a hostel.

Seldom do I leave comments but this accommodation is exceptionally good that I had to leave a recommendation. Stylish place, cozy bed, friendly staff, tidy kitchen and common area (with sparkling water on tap!!), great community and free workshops and events everyday! Hands down the best hostel experience I had in my life. Thank you team, looking forward to visiting Seville and the place again in the near future.

I'd advise people to avoid this hostel. First of all, location and facilities were awesome. For 8beds dorm. There were two toilets, two showers and two washers. I never needed to wait. But this hostel has a great problem withtheir service. During my precheck in the Staff was already quite indifferent. Not welcoming at all and no smile the whole time. But iam cold with that as long as ttheyget things done. But they didn't. I arrived on the 1st April which is during the heat of the holy week. And apparently they didn't tell me the procession is happening exactly on their street. And guests will need to show a permit to be allowed entering into this street. I prechecke dinner at 1pm. Then i Went sightseeing. She should have given me the permit But She didn't. So when i came back at 10pm. I was blocked by the crowds. I showed them my reservation. They told me to go to the next checkpoint. When i arrived at checkpoint 2. They asked me to go to checkpoint 3 as they don't have my name on the list and i don't have a permit. I was literally around the corner of the hotel. I called the hotel, hoping someone could just come downstairs and give me the permit So i don't need to walk another 10-20misn to the next checkpoint. She was rude and told me just go to the next checkpoint. We were literally shouting at each other over the phone. She said it's not her fault that i didn't get a permit as she was not the one who checked me in earlier. What kind of attitude is this? In the end the guards took pity on me and let me go. Which is exceptional. Finally i Went up and sorted out the permit thing. The 2nd night was the worst. They told me There's gonna be processions the whole night. I am ok with it Tho not ideal. I would not have booked this hostel should i know it's on the procession streets But They didn't inform me thruout the booking process neither after. But i will try mybest to sleep with earplugs as long as the windows are shut. But that was no the case. There were 3-4people in the dorm. All males. Constantly going in and out the dorm post 12am. They were very loud with their moves too. Slamming doors. Running. Going up and down their beds. Then They started to open the balcony door constantly. Its super noisy outside as imagined. No one can sleep in this madness. I asked them to please stop doing it. He refused saying sth in Spanish. I went to the front desk. Same lady who shouted over the phone Last night. Asking her to please stop people from making noises in the dorm. She said it's special day for them and it's normal for them to behave like that. If i want peace i should not have booked a dorm but a private room. Excuse me?? A hostel Which failed to disclose it's on procession street, has non-refunfable policy, bumped up the price to almost doubled. Is telling me it's my fault that i couldn't sleep and other people's disruptive behaviours are normal. What kind of hostel Is this? A room in a hostel Is supposed to before sleeping. Not partying. Isn't that an universal rule anywhere? A guy sitting in the lounge who'd from my dorm said no one sleeps tonight. So i shouldn't sleep either. ***? At 3.13am another girl in my dorm was also annoyed At them she also went to the reception. People were chatting in the dorm Just like they are in the street. At 5.45am. They Had the balcony door wide open. Watching the procession from there. It was as noisy as on the street. I am just a tourist. I know it's holy week and id like to experience it. But i also want to have the right to sleep. I can choose to not to sleep by going onto the street to watch the show or going to the rooftop. I would never choose to do it by disturbing others. I am super disappointed at how Spanish people can be so self centred that other people should just conform to what they wanna do. And This hotel Is definitely on Spanish peoples side. Not on foreigner side.
