I don’t usually write reviews, especially critical ones, but this stay was disappointing. The hotel is well designed and in a great location, but a few things didn’t work as expected — the lift was out of order, the bathroom ventilation didn’t work, and there were other small issues in the room. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. One morning there were just a couple of broken eggs, a few industrial pastries, and coffee that seemed made from used beans. The next morning we came down at 8 a.m. sharp and nothing was ready — no eggs, the toaster wasn’t even plugged in, and the chef didn’t even say hello. Staff promised to fix everything in ten minutes and bring some eggs, but even after twenty minutes nothing had changed. Just imagine if you had to catch a flight….. Considering the hotel’s category and price, the overall experience was a huge disappointment, as these issues leave no room for excuses.
