The room's location is convenient; you can reach major attractions like the main cathedral within a 15-20 minute walk. The facilities meet expectations, offering a kitchenette, laundry room, and luggage storage. Having a bus stop and supermarket right across the street is also very handy. It would be even better if there were both online and in-person check-in options, and if email communications were more prompt. The staff are friendly and provide timely assistance, which is a big plus.

The room and room type were pretty much as depicted in the pictures. This was my first time staying at Libere, and even though it's self-check-in, the process was very smooth. I received an email several days in advance for online check-in, which only took 2 minutes to complete. There's also an app with detailed room information, services, and even the check-in password. The NFC function on the app is particularly convenient for opening the apartment door. Luggage storage was also very easy with simple-to-operate self-service lockers. The only thing was that there was no room cleaning during my two-day stay. I'm not sure if it needs to be requested or if there's an extra charge for it. They provided two bottles of mineral water, earplugs, and cookies, which was a thoughtful touch. The location isn't particularly convenient; getting to the main attractions across the river requires walking over 1.3km. Overall, I'd rate it 4.5 out of 5.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and fragrant! While it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, it wasn't bad to walk, and it was a quick bike ride, which made it quieter and more enjoyable. The interior design was also beautiful, making my stay incredibly satisfying!

The air conditioning in my room was broken, and so was the showerhead. They spent half a day trying to fix it but couldn't, and they left the room in a complete mess without cleaning up. A truly awful experience!

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. Great value for money.
