The room was spotless and quite spacious for European standards. The location is excellent, with many great restaurants nearby! The staff were very efficient and provided warm, friendly service.

Probably the best hotels to stay if you are in Seville. Central location with gym, pool and sauna; luxurious and modern interior with a bar that has regular performances, including flamenco. The lift was not working so well when I was there; for example, it would go up when i pressed down and vice versa. The waiters and waitresses during the morning’s breakfast service can be be better and warmer in service too. On busy days, they can be rather grumpy and was a downgrade in service compared to the service of Vincci The Mint in Madrid.

The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The service is incredibly attentive and warm. Breakfast is a partial buffet, and you can also order specific items for an extra charge.

The first room I stayed in was tiny, couldn't even fit my suitcase. The Wi-Fi was also terrible and I couldn't get online. I requested a room change for the next day, and the new room was much bigger with good Wi-Fi. A definite plus was the restaurant's food, especially the caviar – that was excellent!

I had a good impression of the hotel; the location was good, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. However, for me, it was a very unpleasant stay. I specifically requested a room with a balcony, but upon check-in, I found it didn't match the room type and didn't have a balcony. It turned out the room photos were wrong, leading to the misunderstanding! The two and a half hours spent negotiating the room issue caused us to miss some sightseeing, which was a real shame!
