Very close to Plaza de España. The room was spacious, and I loved that the toiletries were from Rituals' The Ritual of Jing collection. Breakfast was incredibly rich and even offered paper cups to go. Highly recommended!

Location: The hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps, and you can see them from your window. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral, but it was a bit exhausting walking back and forth due to the hot weather. The hotel pool looked amazing, but I was too tired every day to use it, which is a bit of a shame. The lobby sofas are super comfortable, and there's complimentary champagne 🍾 at the check-in desk, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and the elevator was a bit rickety. Cleanliness: It was relatively clean. On the first day, I noticed a minor issue with the coffee cup spoon, and the cleaning staff were very apologetic. Service: The service was good. The housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic and actively resolved any issues. The front desk attendant who arranged my early check-in was very kind and thoughtful.

Excellent location, right behind Plaza de España, just a few seconds' walk to Plaza de España and Parque de María Luisa. The Alcázar and Cathedral are also within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is great, and the room is spacious! However, there's no charging port by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient ☹️
