Terrible, terrible. The nationwide blackout in Spain is unprecedented in history. After the blackout, I asked the hotel to cancel my reservation but was refused. The Spanish railway had not returned to normal the day before departure, and the Barcelona train station where I was was overcrowded. On May 5, the Madrid railway lost its signal and a large number of trains were cancelled. In such a situation, Ctrip refused to cancel the reservation for the sake of revenue. As tourists, we cannot continue the trip at such a great risk. Ctrip's behavior completely lost its basic principles for money, which is outrageous. I accept the loss and give a bad review.
