The hotel is beautiful and in a great location with many good restaurants nearby.

My first room was on the first floor, even though I'd requested a quiet room on the top floor when booking. I felt like I was sleeping outside; there was no soundproofing, and the windows were terrible, letting in all the noise.

The location was good. However, the bathroom was too small, and the door and walls were thin, making soundproofing difficult. It wasn't a major issue, as I was enjoying the night view. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

Hotel, reception and location are excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Torre del Oro and twenty minutes from Plaza de España.

What I experienced in this place was absurd, as I booked with the security of a hotel whose information provided allowed check-in until 00:00, but when I arrived at 11:15 pm, the doors were closed, there was a note on the door stating that check-in was closed. to 11pm, and even though the information was different from the reservation made on Trip.com, there was no one to tell me anything, in addition to there being no way to contact the accommodation, they didn't try to contact me, and they didn't give any satisfaction. I stayed there in the early hours of the morning, locked outside, taking risks in the early hours of the morning, the area was deserted and I had nowhere to use the bathroom, nor did I have anywhere to sleep. If it weren't for the prompt intervention of Teip.com, which immediately authorized me to look for another accommodation, even though I had to look for somewhere with 24-hour reception, with vacancy, and far away, I finally managed to lie down to sleep in another hotel at 2 am . Thank you Trip.com for solving my problem and giving me my money back, but I don't know if I can trust you anymore. Anyway, sad and disappointed, especially with the Noches hotel in Teiana, but grateful for the help received by the Trip.com team.

Tuvimos un problema con las habitaciones y lo resolvieron sin problema. El personal muy atento. Una pena que las ventanas no aislen del ruido de la calle y se escuche los ruidos del patio con la puerta de la habitación cerrada.
