We liked everything very much. The hotel is very clean and pleasant. The staff is helpful. The location is very good, all the sights are within walking distance. A historic building with a charming character. The service was incredibly welcoming and available 24/7. Its excellent location means metro and bus stops are right nearby, and you can even see the Torre del Oro from the balcony. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance.

The location is excellent, being close to Al-Mu'tamid ibn Abbad Palace, the Golden Tower, and all amenities. However, the breakfast is its main drawback. It lacks variety, is served à la carte, and is extremely limited – frankly, it's not worth paying for. There's no buffet; guests are only offered three small dishes of yogurt and jam, and can choose just one egg option. I absolutely do not recommend their breakfast.

I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure . Thanks Frank Thanks Miguel Thanks Monica Thanks everyone Rooms was bit small but not affecting your Quality The only thing has to be fixed is the sewage smill you can provide Air difusser or Auto refreshers ,
