The environment and service is wonderful, but there is a club across the street.about 200 meters away. So you can expect VERY loud music when they have party. AND in Italy it’s allow for loud music until midnight. Don’t even try to sleep early here.

Great price and amenities. Very close to many bars and restaurants (10-minute walk). Right across the street from the ocean. Rooms are small but nice. Bar on the premise and restaurant also. Staff very accommodating and polite. They also greeted me when they seen me coming in or going out.

Very nice view, everything else is missing. Abandoned structure, deterioration in the rooms, non-existent cleanliness. Not recommended I will never stay in this property again despite the ideal location between the airport and the city of Palermo. Good day

We came here to see a boxing match, The breathtaking view is worth 10. But just the view. It cannot be called a hotel but a HOSTEL, Poor, Old, Dirty!!!! Hotel with lovely views and excellent location. Delicious and abundant fish-based dinners. The kindness of the director Livio and all the staff makes this place feel like your home. I was there for work about a week. I requested accommodation here because it is outside the traffic of Palermo and can be easily reached, also due to the always courteous and kind staff and the internal parking which is always convenient. The choice to give three stars is given by the fact that there are certainly serious investments to be made to renovate and improve the place which I find enchanting. In the room I would recommend changing the dated beds with the fabrics all ruined. I would get rid of the chair covers because they are unhygienic and mine was also stained. In the bathroom, the walls surrounding the pipes were a little shabby and on the last day of the overnight stay they gave me a rude awakening with a small leak that wet the entire bathroom floor. Then I would also like to give advice on breakfast where I found all the uncovered food surrounded by midges, so I recommend exposing the food better with suitable covers. Criticisms that I made in a constructive way because I am now fond of the place and for a better stay for everyone I believe it is right to make. I certainly recommend the place for the extreme professionalism and kindness of all the staff and the place which is exceptional.
