Stayed at the Swing and Pillow Hotel and found it to be an acceptable option, particularly given its price point.
The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and throughout my stay. The hotel has a pleasant, modern aesthetic, and common areas were well-maintained.
My main observation, however, was regarding the room size. As a larger individual, I found the room to be a bit on the smaller side, which made navigating and getting comfortable a little challenging at times. While the level of comfort was just adequate, it might be more suitable for guests who don't require much space or are of a smaller stature. The bed and linens were fine, but not exceptionally plush.
Overall, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option in Shah Alam Section 3 and don't mind a more compact living space, Swing and Pillow Hotel is a reasonable choice. However, if room spaciousness or superior comfort is a high priority, you might want to consider other options. The price was certainly acceptable for what was offered.

Generally, in terms of price wise, it is affordable and satisfying. The hotel room has basic amenities for the bed, bathroom, kettle and tv. Only for the storage is lacking because there is no furniture like cupboard, cabinet, side table or shoe rack to keep the stuff neatly. Anyway, the cleanliness is in good order, the room space area is just nice and the parking is free. Overall, it's comfortable.

Please clean the sink, toilet bowl ptoperly. Vacume the room .
The rest is ok just cleanliness badly needs improvement.

Generally a clean, quiet place to spend the night. The queen sized bed was clean with nice fluffy pillows, although the mattress' springs are getting slightly squeaky. The toilet and bath surprisingly large in comparison to some established hotels. Shower had very good water pressure.
It was however a little cramped to walk about in the room as the available space between the bed and the walls are about 1.5 feet wide.. luggage placed on floors and I could not utilise the "closet" as the hanging place is right above the tiny "table" that stores the kettle, cups etc. I made do utilizing the hangers provided and just hung my clothes behind the room door.
In short, it served the purpose to have a clean quiet place to sleep for a night at an affordable price.
