1. Room was different from the photos – The room provided looked noticeably different from the listing photos .It was dirty ,not well maintained and less comfortable than expected. 2. Cleanliness of the mattress and sofa – The mattress and sofa cushions appeared dirty, to the point that we felt uncomfortable using them directly. We had to purchase our own disposable covers to put over them. We contacted the host and asked if the expense could be reimbursed, but our messages were repeatedly ignored. 3. Slow response regarding cleaning – The host said they would arrange for a cleaner to come on the second day. However, we waited for quite a long time, around half a day, and the cleaner only came after we followed up again. Overall, the main issue was not just the condition of the room, but also the lack of responsiveness when we raised these concerns. We expected the accommodation to match the listing photos and for cleanliness issues to be addressed more promptly.

Anyone thinking of staying here, please reconsider. The moment I walked in, I honestly wanted to check out immediately. It was incredibly dirty. Even though it's an Airbnb, the cleanliness was truly... unforgettable...

The swimming pool and jacuzzi was not opened due to some works. We were not notified upon checkin. The room tv was not working either. They gave us another room. The exits and entry doors were left open many times which makes security an issue. Overall our stay was just ok.

Okay, comfortable, just a bit worried about the bathroom door if there are small children.

This stay felt a lot like life — not perfect, but still pretty okay. Let’s start with the reality: 🚿 The bathroom door wouldn’t close, turning every shower into a test of courage. 🔥 The water heater felt… vintage, like it has more stories than I do. 🧼 The floor was slightly sticky — very “grounded” experience. But strangely enough — overall, the stay was still quite enjoyable. Because I really loved the height. Standing by the window, looking out into the distance, the city felt quieter… and so did my mind. Sometimes, the value of a place isn’t about how new everything is, but whether it gives you a moment to step away from reality and just take in the view. It’s not perfect, but it’s just enough to make you want to stay a little longer. And if the above issues could be improved… it would be perfect.

theservice is okay but not the room.. it's not as expected, not same as picture.. the toilet not really clean, fridge smell so bad, tv can't open, the water was slow and the room smell odd. i mean for the price not really worth it.

Fantastic! Clean and hygienic! It's good and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here! Very good!

The apartment is HORRENDOUS! 1) the apartment though looks nice on the surface. .. is really badly maintained and super filthy. 2) the bedsheets and pillow cases are extremely smelly and we have a very bad feeling that they have not even been washed for God knows how long! 3) the mattresses are also totally sagging and uncomfortable and unable to support. 4) the sofa bed is so worn out it sinks into the bottom... there is no support. 5) the bathroom has no floor mat even and we do not have anything to wipe our feet after shower. 6) the shower pole keeps falling off from the wall mount. 7) the switches sockets are dropping off too. 8) many light bulbs are not working. It is so bad that for both nights my friend and I could hardly sleep especially due to the horrible condition of the beds and the smelly sheets and pillows!

This location very strategic to SCCC and very convineaning to Setia City Mall. But very disappointed about the room condition. Safety lock not function. Make a complaint than only fixed it. TV screen playing only black and white. Room dusty and pillowcases are smelly. Kindly meet the needs of guests. Tq

⭐ 1/5 – Very Poor Experience This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. The unit was in very bad condition. Cleanliness was unacceptable, and the bed had a strong unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Several facilities were broken or not working, including the water heater, bathroom door, and front door lock. Maintenance is clearly neglected. The management showed no concern for service or guest comfort. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I strongly do not recommend this property. Please avoid booking this apartment.
