Ample of parking, free just validate at reception. room is moderately in okay condition, tight space a bit, okay to stay for one night.

We stayed at Best Western on my son's 10th birthday & mother's day weekend. We had an amazing time. The front desk staff, Azhan granted my request for getting a room near the lift due to my 70 yrs old mom's unability to walk far. What an awesome gesture!. My son & I had a great time at the free entrance Waterworld. All of us really enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread. There were various food available, nasi kerabu w ayam percik, roti canai, nasi lemak, dimsum, waffle w choc & ice cream, omelette, fresh pastries etc etc. I think the breakfast buffet was the best in Selangor. Thank you Best Western.

Room is ok but bit small, breakfast is ok and variety, overall is acceptable.

The hotel was so good. Staff was good too. Got 2 free tickets to waterpark. Breakfast is nice. Near to icity theme park. Will come again.

First time stay were absolute amazing until we check out and check in again, that was horrible. We were waiting for a housekeeping on our last day stay out of the 6 day, inform indian lady front desk on my last day stay to housekeeping, she promise ok but lied and lied which that was purposely not done and still refuse to do despite we quickly feedback about it. The problem only solve after malay guy front desk pick call. Obviously the malaysian indian lady at front desk were arrogant and purposely put me at risk to endure all the wait wanting a fight which i gave no damn she can go fight with air cause she arrogant huh. Just stupid arrogant fool that serve no purpose in the hospitality industry. However, i love the place and environment. Not for this trash over here who wanted to give me problem, bye.

Nice stay. Nearest to i-City and walking distance to Sogo. Perfect stay for a small family. Decent size of bedroom. Wish they can offer a family room. Helpful receptionist.

The room is slightly small, only 2 plug points available to use. Near to theme park and shopping mall.

This is my first time staying here. I stay here with my mum and sisters who stayed in other 2 rooms. Overall we enjoy staying here. It's near to the i city walk.
