It was impossible to stay at this hotel. We tried 2 different rooms and one was just as horrible as the other. The 1st had an unbelievable cleaning/fragrance smell so that it burned my nose. We tried opening the window to air out but no luck. Rep gave us another room that lacked the horrible strong perfumey smell but that one was dank, damp and musty smelling. Also the 1st room had mold on the ceiling over the tub. We went back out to tell Rep that we just could not stay there.., I would be sick the next day. She was very nice and said she understood and would accept cancelation when Trip.com reached out for approval. Instead she declined the request. In the meantime we had to find a new hotel and missed a dinner engagement. We ended up staying in a different Quality Inn that at least did not smell although not terribly great either. I need someone with authority to do a charge back to that 1st booking. Otherwuse there is no way I would use Trip.com again. ******* and *********** do take care of users in situations such as this terrible experience!

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was a little loud. The lady that handles the breakfast wasn't too pleasant and the choices for breakfast wasn't too great.

Go somewhere else
My friend and i both woke up in pain from the lack of mattress support. The shower curtain had blood on it. Breakfast didnt start till 7 so kinda useless since being up since 4am from being in pain. Shampoo and soap dint lather up well

Good stay, staff were great.
It was good. Very clean. A couple little issues with the room. Just needed minor repairs. I pointed them out as i left and they made a note so they would be taken care of.

Hebron with my wife and two young ones... i usually disagree with most reviews but it's actually true. These rooms are out dated and there are stains on the carpet, and the bedding. Actually killed two bugs that looked like cockroaches by the room entry door. Some lamps weren't even connected, I had to dig behindthe furniture to connect them and found old stuff under the beds in the process where it shows they don't thoroughly clean these rooms. Two wash cloths were stained and the curtains didn't close properly. Also the chairs were stained.
The refrigerator and microwave were clean
The beds were comfy but i wouldn't walk bare foot in these rooms. Water pressure was pretty low, hard to get a decent wash.
Very nice staff, friendly, lnformative, and helpful. I think this is one of those locations that this brand needs to revamp. Give the staff a raise and remodel the whole thing because it's just not fair.
