I don’t usually like to write comment or reviews. But the front desk (Kimi) he is genuinely nice, what an excellent service! We had our rooms upgraded for free. The rooms are big and well maintained. For this price, it’s one of the best in Pudong hotels. Breakfast is a nice variety buffet. But I would not recommend the lunch. It’s a simple dimsum Chinese restaurant, if you’re not a fan of dimsum or steam buns don’t purchase the add-ons lunch. Just enjoy the room staycation with bathtub, outdoor swimming pool, gym, a sauna and jacuzzi, what else do you want? Also it’s worth to mention it’s only 5mins. walk to Aldi, get all the snacks you want and you won’t be disappointed. Convenient location! just few minutes walk to metro Line 9. Great stay!

I had a good stay at Karry hotel pudong for a weekend. The swimming pool and Kid play ground were amazing for 5 and 7 years kids. All the staffs were kind and nice, they cares customers well. Room condition was also good. And extra bed was simply arranged for kid. Karry hotel pudong was really family friendly hotel and wanted to stay soon. Special thanks to Lobby manager Sierra for kind service and hospitality.

Fantastic! Locate right across the road to the exhibition center, subway entrance in right next to the lobby entrance. Across the road many eateries and night outing too. The family room's bathroom has no privacy.. travel with kids is fine but if u travel with siblings then.... 7th floor consist of all the facilities, superb. Cold and fire room, warm water pool, indoor swimming pool, good gym facilities.. just that the center area is under renovation closed for guest.

As per certain reviews, location of hotel is generally convenient but not really near the metro station (as indicated) considered within the Pudong business district. Traffic seems light throughout the day + free parking space provided + retail shops and restaurants surrounding the site made up for whatever disadvantages. First thing you’ll notice (for most people I guess) is the staff’s attitude/ attention standards when checking in, also their speedy response when approaching housekeeping and then the breakfast service in the mornings are all pretty good. An above average breakfast experience means 1) varieties of food 2) comfortable environment 3) overall hygiene, including those of cutleries and their attentiveness to clearing the plates/ tables. Thumbs up for almost every area, not forgetting the tiny gym plus outdoor pool (although water not heated but warm enough during summer) except for the rooms looked “a little tired” (as mentioned earlier by others) due to the age of the building and the only unacceptable two items: pillows are “too soft” and insufficient (selection of) channels on the television! Still cannot understand why (even for during our last outing at one of Hampton, digital media was not available) at this current moment of time, I expect more from a five-star rated operator.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The swimming pool is clear. The lobby is stylish. The breakfast also has my favorite egg pancakes. There are many varieties and the taste is good. The hotel staff are very nice. I like it.

A little smell in the room . No entry hall way in first floor , so no car can drop you , or pick you up at the door . Checking in hall way is at 33 floor . Front desk people is very helpful . I love my room with bike to exercise.

Clean room, with a pleasant park view. Up-riding metro escalator is right at the hotel's side entrance. Lift to metro is just across the street. KFC and convenience store are beside the hotel too. One metro stop from maglev station. Room is of a good size, and the insulation between rooms is better than we expected. However, I must say that the shower set-up in the bathroom is very difficult to use, as it is not very well thought through.

Stayed here so that I could ride the Maglev to the airport that next morning. It says its a maglev hotel but is actually not all that close to the maglev, one subway stop away. Not too far I guess but I was a confused by the name. That said, clean and business like. Didn't really do much there asides from take a shower and sleep. I got on my plane just fine though so mission accomplished.

It was a great experience to check in. I didn't check in until 10:30 in the evening. The lady at the front desk said that the sofa bed had been laid out. She also picked up an extra set of slippers and toiletries. I immediately felt like I was home. The room was very clean and the bedding smelled great. There are also many varieties of breakfast, and the children even commented on how delicious the pork rib rice dumplings in the morning were at noon. More importantly, the transportation at the subway station is really convenient, and there are many surrounding attractions. Will definitely stay here again next time. Special likes👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Walk to Longyang Mall/ Metro station to Airport or Pudong Puxi. On my departure day there heavy pour . Receptionist go street to ensure to secure cab and offer umbrellas to accompany to airport . The location is great, and I enjoyed the access to shopping and food outside the hotel. The lobby area and facilities upon entry are well laid out, so the aesthetic is quite pleasant in this area is quite pleasing. A pleasant and welcoming greeting by the staff at the front desk was a good start. The food was just okay; I ate it because I needed to eat something before travel, but the meal was a bit lacking. The overall presentation, food layout, server actions, and food options all need to be improved. Even the way the table is cleared after someone eats is not at all done well. A bit of training in food presentation and service would make a world of difference. The room I was assigned upon arrival looked clean but had an awfully stale body odor. I noticed that the window was left open, possibly for the same reason, but I requested a different room. This situation was promptly fixed, as I was given a different room, which I felt more comfortable in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and hope that improvements will be made to make the experience a better one. Hallway carpets are beautiful but in dire need of vacuuming to uplift guest entry to the room. Again, excellent location, and with improvements, it will be an all-around excellent experience.

This is a very serious review. First of all, the first thing I feel is the service. The service is very good. I had to catch a flight for a day. After getting off the bus, the front desk clerk helped me with my luggage and sent it to my room. It was super heart-warming. It’s about hygiene. The cleaning is also very clean. It would be terrible if the hygiene is not clean when staying in a hotel when going out, but I feel very comfortable and neat here. It’s super great. I like it very much. I will stay here next time. lovely room. nice bathtub. comfy beds. great views. easy access to 3 metro stations and a variety of ameninites (malls, local business, international food, parks, etc.). location is in a quieter business neighborhood only complain is that there were some inconveniences - the location of the meituan waimai locker was confusing and poorly communicated to the guest, the use and rules for the pool were confusing and unclear, among a few other minor issues. However, every issue was kindly and efficiently handled by hotel staff overall, quite good!

The room is not big, but the layout is reasonable, warm and comfortable. It would be better if the bed could be harder. Mainly because I can't stand a bed that is too soft. It is hygienic, clean and tidy. The waiter in the foyer was very enthusiastic. He drove himself to the door and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. He greeted him when he came in and out. Parking was also very convenient, and there was a parking space at the door. The location is also very good, a few hundred meters away from the Line 14 subway station, making travel convenient.

Great location and very welcoming staff. Kevin at the reception was very friendly, spoke great English and helped me with a late check out. You can't beat this location and price. The hotel is a bit old but it's not overpriced and this is a great budget option if you want to stay in the center of the city. Breakfast is decent with mostly Chinese food and okay variety.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered the room. The house is newly renovated and is my favorite style. The overall community environment is very good, especially very close to Century Park. I have been to Century Park four times for ten days!
