Courtyard Properties in Shanghai

Stayed for 3 nights. Great stay for visiting Disneyland for 2 days. Went to the outlet mall nearby. Other than that, no other mall nearby. Food wise can order room service or delivery. Hotel was helpful when I encounter issue with my Taobao parcel. Usually I collect the parcel myself at Lobby. Hotel provide shuttle bus from airport however I took didi myself. Ride to disneyland is abt ＜rmb15. I take shuttlebus back from disneyland. The driver was kind enough to wait awhile due to the crowd before driving off. Housekeeper was friendly and attentive.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, the room was spotless, and the facilities were complete. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll choose it again next time!

My second time staying at this hotel and yet another wonderful, comfortable experience! The room was big, bed was super comfortable. It's also equipped with a beautiful bathroom that has a lovely sized bath tub. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I paid extra for the breakfast buffet which is well worth it. A nice variety of food, fruits and breads. They also provided free shuttle service to and from the MXGP track which was super helpful and convenient. Really enjoy staying at this hotel and I enjoy the peaceful feeling I get when I visit Fengxian. A cute, quaint little town.

Staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to details. Its location near Xujiahui Metro Station makes it ideal for exploring the city, shopping, or business trips. A dependable and well-managed hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

I recommend having the Asian style breakfast and use the English breakfast as a supplement Amenities are just okay nothing fancy It’s an overall amazing hotel,amazing service. Will definitely consider staying again

This time I came to Shanghai for fun, I looked at several hotels online and finally decided to stay in this hotel. When I walked into the hotel lobby, a concierge came to help with the luggage. The young man at the front desk was also very enthusiastic to help check in. The room was bright and comfortable. At first glance, the room was comfortable as a whole, especially the room was clean and tidy. The floor of the shower room was very clean and there was no sign of a few years of hotel. This shows that this hotel must pay attention to details to achieve such an effect. I am very satisfied with this choice and will recommend friends to come here

Overall, I was very satisfied! Everything was excellent. The hotel boasts French-style architecture, and the room decor was grand and impressive. I specifically requested a west-facing room, which overlooked the Middle Ring Road and offered distant views of Suzhou Creek. The noodle restaurant on the second floor was fantastic, and the breakfast spread was generous – the rice noodle soup was an absolute standout! The ambiance was also wonderful. The only minor drawback was the lack of smooth coordination between the parking management and the hotel's concierge. The process to validate the parking ticket was a bit slow, which caused a slight delay. I hope this can be improved.

We stayed for 2 nights during the Chinese New Year and were very satisfied. The buffet on New Year's Eve was very good and the food was well arranged. There was also the God of Wealth and lion dance on New Year's Day.

Hotel was clean . Breakfast was so so .. nothing so special about the breakfast. Room was quite big with very comfortable bed . TV was terrible , almost no channels were clear .
