After I came out to watch the show, I happened to meet a friend for a late-night snack and just slept for one night. The hotel is very new and the door is very unique. Unlike ordinary hotels, you can see that there are glass doors inside. You can't see inside in this hotel. The lobby bar is very good. The Chinese-style decoration also includes Go and guzheng. The design of the room is a bit confusing. The washbasin is in the middle. The wardrobe and shoe cabinet is either through the door or opposite the bathroom. It is an open design, although it can also be blocked by a sliding door. In addition, the door is poorly used or the door installation skills are not good, and the sound from outside is clear. The bedding and pillows are also comfortable.

Breakfast okay, nothing extraordinary. Room feels very small and old. Door of cupboard fell off. Pool and shower area has leakages and mould. Sauna facilities and lockers are mostly malfunctioning. Maintenance manager should be fired. It’s disgraceful. Pool seems to be a community pool, not a private pool.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Service was great! All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Within hotel is manageable for wheelchair accessibility, but the ramp outside would be way too steep to use a wheelchair. Room design was a little strange due to the open window of room into bathroom, but it has an easily lowerable curtain that makes it a non-issue. Breakfast has a wide variety of food from dim sum to freshly cooked noodle soup upon asking and plenty of other things as well, mostly Chinese breakfast options like congee and such, but also bread and jam as well.

Location: Between Zhongshan Park and Loushanguan Road Subway Station, I am used to Zhongshan Park, a straight road with two intersections in 10 minutes. The famous starting point of Yuyuan Road East is not far from Zhongshan Park Station. I walked all the way to Jing’an Temple (with the help of running shoes). Yuyuan Road is very Shanghai, with old houses with phoenix trees and various small shops.

Service and health are very good. Takeaways have robots to deliver, breakfast, near the subway, and the room type was upgraded for free on the third day. I am very satisfied with the bathroom in the big bed room. The bathroom space and constant temperature toilet are quite good. I think the high-end large space is very good, there are exterior windows, good lighting. Disadvantages The hotel is on the road, it is not good to take a taxi, and there are too many cars to and from. The door of the original room was open and the bell was ringing. It was really a torture to close the door a few times. This must be stepped on. It is really affected by the exam. It is not a small couple to open the room. I was too lazy to toss, I didn't change the hotel, and I changed the room later. Overall it is good, the front desk lady is very warm and beautiful

This is our second stay in the same trip. We started our family holiday in Shanghai staying at Sincere residence. The king of cost performance, the location is average, the driveway may be noisy (we don't mind, sleep well), breakfast is very good, the service is in place. The environment in the hotel is very good. When I left, the front desk lady also sent two bottles of Coke. Security was welcoming the minute I arrived, I felt welcomed before entering the hotel. Check in was quick and smooth and I was offered Chrysanthemum tea, to be corrected if not. Both as a welcome drink and everytime I was in the lobby waiting for taxi. Angela, speaks English, helped with my luggage and requesting a taxi, and also using the metro but I'd get lost, so went with the taxi. She kept checking how farvmy taxi was and walked me to the taxi, even informed the driver where I was going and confirmed my number. She is just amazing. And after checking in, I was accompanied to my room and my Luggage was carried for me 🙃 Going to breakfast, I was accompanied from the elevator to the restaurant and they elevator door was held open after breakfast. Honestly, the service, the staff is amazing. Big ups to everyone. The metro is literally next to the hotel, but Shanghai metro needs a bit of experience and patience, lol, I choose peace. The hotel is just under 20 minutes from Shanghai Railway Station I highly recommend this hotel and I'd definitely return to it.

The hotel is located in pretty good location, there are a lot of rooms, so it is always easy to book a room. The staff at the reception desk is very helpful, rooms are equipped with all necessary accessories. For me, as for the European, was little disappointing not finding dishes of the European cuisine on breakfasts. There is a big variety of Chinese food for breakfast, so if you like it, that will not be a big problem for you. You should also take in mind that the hotel is not new, rooms look tired, so the price per one night seems overpriced comparing to other hotel in the neighborhood.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the service is impeccable, everyone is friendly from the concierge to the women who help clean the rooms. Maybe the only downside is that no where was it written you need to give a 500元 deposit for the keycard.
