The hotel's location is great, close to Daning Commercial Plaza, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and there are also large bottles of mineral water provided. The housekeeping staff always greet you warmly when they see you. The hotel lobby has a Christmas tree, creating a lovely festive atmosphere. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff were very friendly and even told us about nearby attractions and snacks, which was fantastic.

Service Quality: The front desk staff and other employees consistently receive high praise for their warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service. They efficiently handle guests' needs. The hotel excels in service details, such as offering complimentary coffee, quick check-in, and late check-out, creating a memorable 'home away from home' feeling for guests. Breakfast: Guests generally commend the hotel's breakfast, noting its wide variety and well-balanced mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The extended breakfast hours until 12:30 PM on holidays are also appreciated, catering to diverse guest needs. Many guests express satisfaction with the taste and selection of breakfast items. Facilities and Hygiene: The hotel rooms are well-equipped, modern, and new. Many guests highlight the rooms' cleanliness and excellent hygiene. Facilities like the gym meet guests' leisure needs. Room service is prompt, ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Guest Suggestions: A small number of guests suggest improving room ventilation and odor removal, enhancing proactive service and efficiency, and optimizing room layout and facility configuration.

The location is excellent, easy to find, and convenient for getting in and out. The surrounding area is lively with many dining options, and parks and attractions are within walking distance. The front desk lady with glasses was very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service, even proactively upgrading our room. The room itself was long and narrow, allowing for good air circulation, which was satisfactory. Although it's along the main road, it wasn't noisy. The interior was clean and hygienic, and as it's a new hotel, there were no strange odors. Definitely worth staying here!

The room was very clean, the front desk manager was very friendly and upgraded the room type. Parking is convenient. You can park in the underground parking garage and then take the elevator directly to the lobby. Parking is free for guests staying in the hotel.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and they were always responsive to requests. However, there were many shortcomings in the details, especially regarding hygiene; the situation before we changed rooms was truly indescribable. Thankfully, the front office manager compensated us promptly and even offered complimentary breakfast, though the restaurant situation wasn't particularly good either. When checking in, the front desk agent was very careless and almost couldn't find the ID I handed him. Finally, because I left my bag at the hotel, they asked for a good review when I went back to pick it up. For service, I can give a good rating, but other aspects definitely need improvement. I can only say I won't give a low score!

The staff warmly approached me, took my luggage, and guided me through the check-in process, which was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet stylish decor; every detail showcased quality and taste. The bedding was as soft as clouds, and lying down on it made all my fatigue disappear. The hotel's location is also excellent, surrounded not only by many popular attractions but also various local eateries and shopping malls. After a tiring day of sightseeing, I could return to the hotel and rest comfortably in my room; when I wanted to sample local delicacies, I just had to walk a few steps to satisfy my palate. The hotel's dining options are also commendable. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with traditional Chinese porridge and noodles, as well as Western bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the service was attentive, making every meal a truly delightful experience.

Came to Dishui Lake for a summer vacation and some snow fun. The hotels nearby weren't great value for money, so I chose the Fairfield, which was a bit further away (3-4 km) but offered excellent value. The front desk staff were very friendly and even provided kids' toiletries and mosquito repellent bracelets when they saw we had children. The hotel breakfast was also very rich and varied. The facilities seem to cater more towards business travelers, but overall, it was a great stay.
