Despite only staying one night, we were deeply touched by the night manager's incredible kindness and thoughtfulness. He thoughtfully prepared breakfast bags for us, and noticing our heavy luggage, he arranged a room conveniently located near the elevator. The next morning, he even had a security guard drive us to the airport – it was incredibly heartwarming! We'll definitely stay here again next time if we have the chance, just to enjoy that six-star service again! The hotel's location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Hongqiao Terminal 1. The facilities are new, the layout is practical, and the rooms are quite spacious. But truly, the service is their absolute highlight! Simply excellent!
