Xin Hui City Hotel (Shanghai Railway Station Changshou Road Subway Station Branch)

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located. The room type is quite spacious, and the facilities are well-equipped. The room even comes with laundry detergent, making it very convenient to do laundry. The hotel staff has a good service attitude and handles matters quickly. The room has good soundproofing, so I slept very peacefully. I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is super convenient, with many malls and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very attentive and arranged a room with a window for us. When we entered, there was no strange smell, and upon closer inspection, no dust. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation and was very clean. The bed was neatly made, and items were well-organized. We stayed one night, and the soundproofing was decent. I recommend it to everyone!

Places like Yashin Plaza, Xuhui Li, and Hongshou Fang are all good for a stroll and are truly a food paradise. The hotel itself has a nice environment and is very clean. The cleaning staff does a meticulous job, and all the room amenities are excellent. The front desk service is also very warm and welcoming.

There was also a big lighted makeup mirror, which was incredibly convenient for getting ready. The room size was decent, and the cleaning staff came daily during our 3-day stay. The front desk ladies were also very friendly and accommodating, offering us a free late check-out and complimentary luggage storage.

I stayed here for two days. On the second day, housekeeping proactively knocked to clean the room, and they did a really good job – it was spotless. All the room items were neatly arranged, the bath towels and hand towels were very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. There were complimentary drinks provided daily, and having a fridge in the room was super convenient for keeping drinks cold. The hotel staff were all excellent – very friendly, welcoming, and polite.

This is a great hotel! First off, the location is super convenient, right in the city center. It's also really easy to get to the Bund, and the metro station is close by – you can be there in about twenty minutes. Compared to similar hotels in the area, a big plus here is that many rooms come with a washer-dryer combo. Shanghai summers get really hot, and you sweat a lot just going out, so having a washing machine is a huge bonus! The front desk staff were also lovely and very helpful.
