Stayed here for a quiet weekend getaway. If you're looking to escape the city hustle, the location is wonderfully peaceful—though yes, it's quite far from downtown Shanghai (so plan your transport accordingly). The Good: · Service is top-notch. Staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. · Food delivery is super fast and convenient—perfect for late-night snacks. · Huge bonus: They allow dogs! It's rare to find a pet-friendly spot this close to Disney (just 3.9 miles away). · The "tech feel" and treehouse vibes are real, making it a fun, immersive stay for families with kids. The Not-So-Good: · The beds are rock hard. Seriously—if you're used to plush mattresses, bring a mattress topper or prepare for a stiff back. · Breakfast was disappointing. Limited options and poor quality; I'd recommend skipping it and ordering in (which they make very easy). Maintenance Issues (Needs Attention): · There's a metal slide by the swimming pool area that's looking rough—rusty and even a bit moldy in spots. Definitely not safe or hygienic for kids to play on. They really should invest in some quiet renovations around the property to freshen things up. Verdict: Perfect for pet owners and Disney-goers who prioritize a quiet, service-oriented stay over luxury sleep and facilities. But until they address the pool area and bedding, it's hard to fully recommend for families with young children.

We had such a great time at this place. The whole hotel looks like a Mars space station which is really fun and the rooms are nice and cool with great AC. The vibe is super relaxed. The service was just unbelievable. We messed up our dates and only booked two nights instead of three. We were already at Disneyland when they asked us about checkout. We obviously could not just leave the park to pack our bags so the staff literally packed all our clothes and stuff for us and moved it into a new room we booked online. They saved us so much stress and handled everything perfectly. It is also a great place for foreigners who do not speak Chinese. They have free shuttle buses to Disneyland early in the morning like 6:40 and 7:30 AM. For the way back they send you super simple instructions to your phone so you know exactly which bus to take. It is completely free and so easy to understand. Really great hotel with amazing staff. Thank you guys again!

The hotel is very nice, pet friendly, they have barbecue grill! They ate flexible with check in and check out time. The rooms are good, bed very comfortable. The only thing I saw need to improve is the cleaning of the swimming pool. Was a little bit dirty. But overall we have amazing time with friends there!
