Mercure Shanghai Lujiazui Center

The room was spacious and clean. It was super convenient having free underground parking downstairs. The hotel is right next to Line 14, and very close to Lujiazui. All the front desk staff were great, and overall, my stay was fantastic.

The room was clean and the facilities were quite new. Housekeeping was prompt, and the location was good. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. The price was a bit on the high side.

The service was proactive and very attentive 👍. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Shanghai's 'three-piece suit' (refers to the three iconic skyscrapers), and very convenient for transport. The subway is just a left turn when you exit. They even offer congee at night. It's a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended!

Pretty good. The location is excellent, right by a subway entrance, making it super convenient to get around. However, there aren't many dining options nearby, probably because it's in Lujiazui Central. The room was nice and comfortable. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

I chose a hotel close to the subway station; it's just a few steps away from Metro Line 14, so the location is great. Taxis are also readily available. The only downside was the incredibly loud air conditioning. Even on the 'silent' setting, it was still noisy. Perhaps other rooms are fine, but Room 225, where I stayed, was definitely a big bug. Luckily, it was typhoon season at the time, so the weather wasn't too hot. The noise kept me tossing and turning; I couldn't sleep past 1 AM, so I got up, turned off the AC, and then slowly drifted off. I didn't get a very good rest! I'll probably stay here again next time, as it's close to where I need to be, which is convenient. But I'll definitely have to pick my room more carefully!

Excellent location, just a few meters from the subway, and only one stop from Lujiazui. The room was very clean and the service was great. Highly recommend! There's also a 'Xiandelai Pork Ribs with Rice Cakes' on Jimo Road nearby, it's an old-school, authentic Shanghai snack shop that's definitely worth trying!

The soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear noises from next door. However, the hotel is in a quiet area, so it was acceptable. The breakfast was also good. The laundry and valet service staff were very helpful and arranged everything perfectly. 👍
