This is a great chain hotel, always my top choice when traveling. I stick with this brand. This Lujiazui location is excellent, right at the subway entrance. Metro lines 14 and 18 are convenient for reaching major attractions like Yu Garden, Jing'an Temple, Century Avenue, and Huaihai Road. It's also easy to transfer for flights and high-speed trains. When I checked in, the front desk told me they were fully booked and proactively upgraded me to a deluxe king room. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the drinks were complimentary. The service was also excellent. I'll definitely be back!

The mall at the subway entrance is closed, but KFC and a few other small shops are still open. The Executive King Room is probably their signature room type, featuring a bathtub and a rocking chair on the balcony. It's definitely worth paying a little extra to upgrade. The laundry room is as convenient as ever. I suggest adding some magnets to the washing machines so people can stick their room number notes on them. A huge thank you to the front desk for helping deliver my dried clothes to my room door! They also helped me with a late check-out. Traveling with a child can be chaotic, and the front desk was a huge help.

A major plus is that the trendy Pudong Riverside Walkway, often referred to as Shanghai's 'La La Land', is easily accessible on foot.
