In the beginning it was kinda difficult to find where we need to registratie but we finally found it ! The owner was nice and can talk in english and provides the necessity. We also got a nice room, big enough for 2 with everything u need. Emplacement is also nice, 5 min from the bund and 20m walk to Nanjing Shopping street. Will recommend it !

I was extremely happy with the room; it looked exactly like the photos. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. I even managed to capture some stunning sunrise photos right from my room! I had to check out half an hour late due to a change in my itinerary, but the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating, showing real kindness. Seriously, everyone, go for it! You won't be disappointed! 🫶🫶

A sort of private Apartments in calm area and older skyscraper, nice people. We extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights.

When we first arrived, it was very difficult to get in touch and figure out where exactly we needed to go. The instructions on how to access the apartment were unclear, which made our arrival even more complicated. When we finally checked in, we were given a room that was very dirty, the windows were filthy, the walls were badly worn, the furniture was very old, and there was also an unpleasant smell in the room. The building itself is quite old, although in the photos it looks much better. Later, after we had already cancelled our stay at this place, the owners kindly offered to change our room, for which we are very grateful. The new room was much better, clean and tidy, but the overall impression had already been spoiled, so we decided to move to another hotel.

A few hairs on the floor, but otherwise perfectly clean. An unbeatable location, just five minutes from the Bund (the Shanghai waterfront). Could not praise this aspect of the apartment more highly.

Location is good,but cleanliness need to improve

Ok just everytime to enter room we need to enter different passcode and have to request the passcode with owner. And the towel they gave only disposable thin towel, so not really convenient to use..

The aunt who hosted us was very friendly, informative and helpful. The room matches the photo, the amenities are quite complete and the most pleasant thing is that there is an Xbox with complete games. My son really likes it. The location is close to the Bund and Nanjing Road. An unforgettable stay.
