Excellent stay! Best ever experience

This was a great-value hotel located near Hongqiao station. It had the boutique vibe going on; everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great breakfast buffet included. I also loved the vintage music system; the only weird thing was that the actual records didn't match what the sleeves said. Maybe someone swapped out the real ones for cheap classical records?

We had a great time at this hotel: the room was spacious, clean, well-decorated with lots of memorability of old Shanghai. Breakfast was fine, mostly Chinese, but also coffee, bread, toasts, eggs... If I have a chance, I will return. 

Overall I would stay again for a person who has been to Shanghai too many times. It’s a quiet neighbourhood area in close proximity to Hongqiao area where airport and high speed rail are. Ride to town took about half hour via train. Walk to train station is a tiresome 1km+ but we opted for a cab ride from hotel to nearest train stations most times. Service staff go above and beyond.

The hotel is very comfortable. Large room, everything is conveniently located. Convenient light control. Nice cosmetics. Pajamas. Asian breakfast, but everything is very tasty. We were satisfied!

Attention is paid to details, even the posters in the corridors on the room floors and in the elevators show the designer's thought. The room is comfortable, and the design and materials used are very sophisticated. Watch the classic music with unique charm on the vinyl record as the needle turns, taste the coffee ground by yourself, and let the aroma of lavender linger in the air... Put your feet down and enjoy the slow life, then you are worthy of being a time traveler.

The overall design of the hotel is very tasteful. You can see the owner's attentiveness in the details. The bed and bathroom in the room are very clean. The room has a full sense of space and the large windows have good lighting. After checking in, you can feel very relaxed and empty. Thanks to Shelly, the front desk lady, when checking in. Very helpful and talkative, friendly and warm service It's just that the location is quite far from the subway station, it takes 25-30 minutes to walk there, which is suitable for self-driving people. The nearby destination is Qibao Ancient Town, which can be reached by taxi in about ten minutes. Because of the atmosphere of the hotel, if you don't chase attractions, it is very suitable for resting and spending a quiet holiday

It's close to Hongqiao Airport, and it only took about 30 minutes by taxi around noon. However, because it's so close to the airport, you can hear the planes passing by even at night, so if you go to bed early, I recommend bringing earplugs. The room was spacious, clean and nice. The shower felt a little weak. There were plenty of amenities.

The room is very nice and clean, the pajamas are very comfortable, and the service of everyone is very warm and thoughtful. In addition, thank you to the boss for the lunch. I will stay here when I come to Shanghai.
