The room was quite spacious. We could fit two kids comfortably on the top bunk and three people on the bottom without feeling cramped at all. There's a sofa and a coffee table, plus large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the 'Three-piece set' (likely referring to a landmark trio of buildings). Very good!

Excellent location, just a few minutes from the Tiantong Lu metro station, which is one stop away from Nanjingdong Lu. The room is spacious and equipped with microwave, fridge washing machine and drying rack. Cleanliness is okay but could be improved. Only disposable towels are provided. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

The hotel has a very strategic location, making it easy to access major attractions and transportation. The room offers a beautiful window view that enhances the overall stay experience. Despite its great location and view, the price is very affordable.

My stay here was fantastic! I have to commend the apartment's location – it's incredibly convenient! It's just a stone's throw from the subway station and a shopping mall, making it super easy to go out, shop, and grab a bite. Everything was hassle-free and convenient here, plus the environment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Location is great to most city area like nanjing road which is very convenient to take metro. Staff is nice and helpful when needed.

This hotel is essentially a converted apartment from a residential complex. While it has a wardrobe and a washing machine, there are no hangers. The room was extremely dusty; after just one night, my black clothes were covered in a layer of dust, and the sofa cover was also dusty. The curtains don't block out light, so I was woken up by the sun before 6 AM. I was exhausted after staying for two days. The location is over 2 kilometers from the Bund and Nanjing Road. The only upside is the view of the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers). For the price, it's not cheap, and the value for money is poor.

Amazing service from PINKE SERVICED APARTMENT. Responsive staff and helpful. Helped us in ordering takeout and late night checked-in. A nice stay and highly recommended. The heater worked well especially in this cold winter weather. Thank you so much! View from the room 👍

The place was a bit difficult to find at first, but still near the subway. The room that I have booked was already taken and was put in a different room. The person that took care of me said that the view was great. However, the main view from the apartment was to a construction site. The view that he was referring to was from a small window in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, the paint in the kitchen area was peeling off, which I felt was a health hazard. The picture speak for itself.

We had a good stay overall. The hotel was actually very easy to find, despite some reviews saying otherwise. It's in a great location, very close to Haopu Mall, with a small supermarket and fruit and vegetable shops right next to it, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke good English. They helped us several times during our stay, and we really appreciated their support. The room was generally clean, although it looked like it hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while, and there were some marks on the walls. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottled water, so you'll need to buy your own. We also had an issue with the bathroom drain getting clogged once, and we had to ask the staff for help. It was probably the most embarrassing moment of our trip 😅, but they came quickly and fixed the problem. Overall, we think the hotel offers good value for the price, especially because of the excellent location and the friendly, helpful staff. I'd stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
