Really enjoyed the stay in Rezen Hotel. The bedroom is spacious with smart toilet bowl and shower is separated room from toilet. Front desk staffs able to collect parcel on behalf and place them in the parcel room. Just need to retrieve them by yourself. Besides that, you may also order food delivery and robot will help to delivery food to your room. They also offer free laundry service. Overall stay is really enjoyable and memorable.

這次入住的酒店真的給我留下了超棒的印象！剛到酒店，前台工作人員就熱情相迎，辦理入住手續迅速又高效，看我帶個小童還幫我升級家庭房，好感度直接拉滿。走進房間，乾淨整潔的環境讓人心情愉悦，房間裏的設施也很齊全，電視、空調、熱水壺、冰箱、智能馬桶等一應俱全，完全能滿足日常需求，而且隔音效果也不錯，晚上特別安靜。衞生間三分離，很貼心。早餐種類也十分豐富，中西式都有，味道也不錯，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。整體來説，這家酒店服務周到，性價比超高。
