Nice location! It’s around a 10–15 minute walk to the metro station. You can also easily walk to The Bund and Yu Garden Old Street. On the first floor, there’s a fruit shop and a convenience store nearby. BHC Shopping Mall is also just a 2–3 minute walk away.

Good location of the hotel within walking distance to many attractions. Has a mall very close to it. The room is if very small and the shower was not clean. Clean towels were provided every day.

I This hotel feels like it is literally close to everything I wanted to do in the city! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the bellman was so helpful with bringing my luggage upstairs (thankfully, my room was conveniently located on the second floor). The service here is top-notch. Even with a bit of a language barrier, the cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to make sure I always had fresh water. The room itself was worth every penny. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall design of the space was so unique—it almost felt like sleeping on a luxury train! I absolutely loved the vibe and highly recommend staying here.

Traveling solo for a business trip to Shanghai, I picked this hotel because it's right next to my office, which is super convenient. The facilities are quite smart, and getting around is easy. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very gentle and provided great service. Plus, there are lots of tourist attractions nearby, which is a big plus. I definitely recommend it!

Near the west bund, good location and good price modern enough and gets the job done very well if you are not looking for any extras, vere nice reception staff. Overall very good.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Shiliupu Dock, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also super convenient to get to Yu Garden and the Bund. The hotel environment is nice and relatively quiet, so we got some really good rest here. For Shanghai, the price is quite reasonable. Thumbs up!

Traveling with family, this hotel was so convenient. It's close to the Bund and Yu Garden, and there's a bus stop right outside that takes you to Nanjing East Road in just three stops. The service was excellent and very thoughtful. We'd definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to visit.

This was my first time staying here, and my overall experience was fantastic. I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is great; you can easily stroll to the Bund, and there's a fantastic noodle shop right next door. They have smart toilets, 24-hour hot water, and provide disposable toiletries and slippers. The front desk staff are very welcoming.
