Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance, and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The soft bedding ensured we had a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of fantastic dining and shopping options right around the corner. The value for money is outstanding! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends.

The environment here is really great. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was spotless. The facilities are new and fantastic. The ambiance is elegant and very pleasant. The service was warm and attentive, and all the staff members were excellent. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Took the window room so it was good, bed is kinda small if you are 190+ cm but overall ok for short stay.

My first time in Shanghai so I don't have much to compare. The room is small but has everything you need for a short stay. It is really clean and the staff is really nice. I checked in at midnight but everything is smooth. The only downside is the staff don't speak English (but I guess almost people here are like that). The location is not really closed to the center which is a bit of walk to reach to the bund.

Very good accommodation with friendly staff. I love the location and liveliness but still chill of the area. Everything is still close by and it's very close to the river. 10 minutes walking (including traffic lights ;-)) Good English communication skills from receptionists and one of them has the most amazing haircut imaginable. The staff has a very open attitude and they love to communicate with guests. They are very customer focused and I do recommend this hotel. P.s.: There was a minor issue with the cleanliness (dusty) of the first room I was assigned to. But this is NOT the fault of the cleaner ladies. I think, maybe, the carpet needs to be vacuum cleaned ones and maybe some A/C wall units need to be checked, but these are always bigger maintenance tasks. I hope I'm wrong with my analysis and absorption, but I had the impression that the sweet cleaner lady was a little bit dogged by her female superior. It still hurts thinking about it and seeing her hard work cleaning up all those nasty rooms. Please treat her well. It's really not the nicest job in the world, and with too many disrespectful youngsters... Please just leave the room with more respect. They are NOT slaves, but professionals.

I booked last minute and for such price during Qing Ming festival, it's worth it. The rooms are really small, and the space between the toilet and the shower is minimal, but everything's clean. Also, the subway is at a walkable distance (Line 13 & 4). The soundproofing could be better; you can hear whatever is happening outside at night. I had an issue with the room's door and they immediately gave me another one, plus the cleaning staff is very nice.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. It’s conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from several metro lines, which made it very easy for us to reach different tourist attractions quickly. The room was very clean and well arranged. If you don’t speak Chinese, don’t worry, the hotel manager speaks English. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find good places to eat.

We had a great stay, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and AC. They cleaned the room every day and provided clean towels and bottled water. All staff were super nice. Washer and dryer were a major bonus. Would definitely stay again.
