Crystal Orange Hotel (Shanghai Zhongshan Park)

This stay was fantastic! I requested a high-floor room during check-in, and the front desk staff immediately arranged it for me. Their service response was very prompt. The room was comfortable overall and the environment was quiet. My entire stay was pleasant, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

After looking at several hotels for my Shanghai trip, I finally chose Orange Crystal Hotel. It was a perfect stay with my child! The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around! The front desk staff was incredibly patient and thoughtful with my child. The toiletries were complete, and the soundproofing at night was good, so my child slept soundly. Definitely my top choice for a family trip. The breakfast was also very rich! I'll be back next time!

The service was exceptional, and they even upgraded our room for free! The hotel's ambiance is very elegant, and the air is wonderfully fresh. When I asked the front desk if our package included breakfast, they just went ahead and ordered two for us. I'm very satisfied with this stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

I absolutely love the Executive Suite at Crystal; the service is outstanding! Especially the staff member "Su Chuangchuang" – he is truly amazing!! I've been here many times, and every single time his service is warm, thoughtful, and incredibly impressive 👏🏻 Very nice experience and amazing room! Excellent staff and service. I chose the Orange Crystal Hotel Zhongshan Park branch for my trip to East China Normal University. The front desk service was excellent; they proactively upgraded my room. It's worth noting that the standard rooms in this hotel do not have windows, so those who mind should consider carefully. They provided a complimentary breakfast, and at check-out, they even gave me an aromatherapy gift. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great travel experience, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Orange Crystal is still very reliable, I've been choosing it for years. The decor is grand, the rooms are very clean, and the bath towels are fluffy. The floor mat, especially, is super comfortable. Breakfast also gets a 10 out of 10 – it's extensive, fresh, and delicious, looking very appetizing, and tastes great too. The service is also excellent; the cleaning staff always greet you with a smile. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The breakfast is delicious, this is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip.
