Jinjiang Inn Select (Shanghai Pudong Airport) Reviews

Good stay overall. The location is ideal, the room is spacious and modern. The service was polite. I did not end up using the free airport transport but that seems convenient (starts at 4:30AM). My only complaints were the shower with no door and the confusing light switches that turn on different lights depending on which order you press them in.

Our room was on the first floor. After checking in, we found an issue with the window, but they quickly moved us to a different room. Their attitude in resolving the problem was excellent. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the shuttle bus service is very convenient.

Stayed near Pudong Airport with the kids just to experience the Maglev! The hotel shuttle to the airport was super convenient! The room was clean and tidy, not too noisy, though the AC seemed a bit slow to react. Other than that, everything was great!

Huge thanks to the hotel for the warm welcome last night, August 9th, during the typhoon. And then for kindly escorting us to the airport shuttle the next day. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, polite, and always there to help! The hotel environment was very clean and quiet, providing a lot of comfort for us who were stranded and forced to return from the airport. The breakfast was delicious, especially the dumplings which I loved, but I think I forgot to pay for it, my apologies.

The location is excellent, I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time! It's right near Ginza, which is very lively! A top choice for ladies who love to shop, and the subway entrance is right outside! So convenient.

The soundproofing is really poor. On the plus side, it's quite close to the airport and there's an airport shuttle.

Pleasantly surprised by this business layover hotel. The linens were clean, the layout was practical, and the bathroom was quite nice. The room size was standard, and it's very convenient for an airplane transfer.

Pretty good, clean, especially loved the swivel chair – very comfortable. The morning shuttle was on time and nearly full. You can sometimes hear planes overhead. The best part is the location, price, and brand recognition.

Stayed here the night before an early flight for convenience. The room was small, but the bed was really comfortable, and it offered great value for money. Most importantly, it was quiet, so I got a good night's sleep.

This hotel serves its purpose well as an airport hotel. The property is somewhat dated, and some rooms have a noticeable cigarette smell. However, the staff are very helpful and accommodating, and changing rooms was absolutely no problem. Other than that, there is little to complain about. The rooms are functional, the location is convenient for airport transfers, and the complimentary airport shuttle is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s strongest points. I have attached the current shuttle timetable, which may be useful for future guests.

There isn't really anything majorly wrong with the hotel itself. My only real complaint is that for an airport hotel, the shuttle service to the airport is far too infrequent. Once an hour in the morning feels pretty inadequate when you consider the flight density at Pudong. On the plus side, the windows facing the road have excellent double-glazing, so the street noise isn't too bad. But that doesn't help when the hallway is still so noisy!!!

This hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service with frequent, fixed schedules, starting as early as 4 AM, which is super convenient for transit passengers. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the price is very reasonable. I'd definitely consider staying here again for my next layover. The only downside is there are no restaurants nearby, so you have to order food online.

Fantastic stay - after arriving at the airport in the middle of the night, the hotel was just a 15 minute taxi ride away - the rooms are well appointed. In the morning, the hotel was an easy 20 minute walk to the subway station for an easy commute into the city centre.

My colleague had an early flight for his international business trip, so we still went with Jinjiang Inn. It's great value for money, and the airport shuttle is really convenient. Most importantly, it's clean and meets the consistent standards of a business hotel. Very good.
