Good location, near to the train station and next to the shopping area. Staff has upgraded our room. We have ordered taobao parcel and staff has kindly helped us to keep before our arrival. there is 24 hour laundry room service and comes with detergent. highly recommended

Good location. Very close to walking street. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly. Convenient store just across the street. Breakfast is good. I like congee with salted egg. We stayed 4 night but 1 night before we left, they forgot to clean the room.

Great location with short walking distance to the metro and Nanjing road east shopping street. Many small eateries nearby. This is a very busy area, we were on the 8th floor and the was not disturbed by noise in the night. Hotel Staff were helpful. Room size was slightly smaller than other cities but still comfortable. Smart automation with voice control in the room was great. Some of the fixtures such as the shower doors and sink are a bit old with rust at the bottom but functioning normally. However the smart toilet was very annoying, the button controls next to side are not visible since it was next to the wall and had to take a photo using my phone to see what they were, furthermore there were no instructions on what the buttons meant. Could not get the bidet to work. The toilet lid did not raise when nearby and kept closing even when seated on the seat and knocking on my back which is unhygienic. Hopefully the hotel can address this which otherwise marred a good experience.

Hotel was located conveniently in the heart of Shanghai, plenty of food options around the hotel (小杨生煎, 莱莱小笼, Luckin Coffee, Chagee, HeyTea, etc.) and many malls around.
You can take a stroll towards the Bund and it'll be a nice walk (with a lot of stores to check out)
The subway/metro/train is a really close (like 2-3 min walk)
The hotel staff was really friendly and helped to upgrade our friends so we get to stay next to each other!
There's a small gym and washer/driers in the hotel (tho; they get filled up pretty quick at night - do it in the early morning to avoid the crowds)
Will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Such a beautiful room and hotel, all the front desk attendants were super sweet and they let us check out late (2pm rather than 12pm) when we asked!! We stayed in the suite and it was so lovely, definitely recommend.

Good location: walking distance from metro and nanjing east
‘Xiaodu Xiaodu’ is very fun
Room is clean
Staff is kind
My room has a bit of issue with the bathroom door and the drain tho, but as a solo traveler it was okay
The lift is a bit slow but was good enough
You can order food in and the robot will deliver it to your room
