Excellent service with a warm, attentive, and thorough staff. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center, just a 3-4 minute walk away, and it's spotlessly clean.

Service: Very attentive. When a button fell off, they immediately sent a robot with a nail clipper and a sewing kit. This was very helpful. Ambiance: Small but beautiful. Facilities: Satisfactory. Hygiene: Clean.

I booked a single room, but when I arrived, the front desk upgraded me to a double room for free. The service was excellent. The room was a bit small but very clean. I stayed for one night and had no noise issues, so I slept very well. It's quite close to the subway, about a 10-minute walk, and there's a McDonald's nearby.

This hotel is super convenient, really close to the Line 7 subway station. For breakfast, they offer milk, bread, and even noodle soup! The front desk staff are very welcoming. They proactively provide bottled water and wet wipes, and there's a washing machine and dryer available too!
