Not a five stars standard hotel. But the check in staff is very friendly and attentive. Other than that all self service. Breakfast has plenty of choices, food is quite okay. Location of the hotel is opposite of a hospital, not really strategic but easy to book a ride or taxi. We chose this hotel for our last night stay because is nearer to Pudong airport. Probably won’t choose this hotel again next time.

We enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were great. However I would have loved to enjoy the spa but it was closed for some reason. And the lady couldn’t really explain why .

It’s a very clean hotel , very quiet and near Disney Park

The hotel room is clean, big and bed is comfortable. The staffs are polite and helpful. Very convenience to go to Disneyland. Shuttle bus driver very helpful and responsible.

Spacious room. From desk staff speak English, good attitude. Very delicious breakfast with lots of varieties. Clean room. Next to Pudong Airport, Costco, and Disney! Will stay again for my next visit.

The type of breakfast was little than my expected. But noodle is good! Almost is upper than my expected＞o＜

Excellent experience with this hotel! We arrived early and we topped up to upgrade to executive room :) love the food and services!

Great services and amenities

Spacious rooms, nice and helpful staff especially the concierge. Locations far away from anywhere, 15 minutes by hotel bus from Disneyland.

We come here every year for Christmas. The service was amazing as usual! Luis, Mandy, Niko were great with answering my questions, which I always have a lot of confirmation questions. They were very accomodating for our family. Breakfast was excellent every morning! Kid's playroom was fun for the little ones too. And we went to the Executive Lounge for drinks during Happy Hour. We love the atmosphere there, even with kids. Will come back again for sure !
