Good hotel to stay with friends or family. They let me check in at 8 AM and very friendly staff.

Very near to MRT station and very convenient to go to the tourist attractions, the service is good and the staff is nice and helpful. Good place to stay.

I arrived in a country where I didn’t speak the language and didn’t know anyone. This hotel became a true refuge—a comforting shoulder to lean on. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome made me feel at home. The evening staff were exceptionally kind, always available, and genuinely willing to help. I’ll wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone I care about. And if I ever come back to Shanghai, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Thank you again 🫶🏻❤️🇨🇳

Small hotel but big in service. Front desk is helpful and greet you every time they see you. My room is not very big but enough for 2 persons. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good, I am pleasantly surprised with the choices available even though this is not a big hotel. There were fruits in my room everyday and the staff will offer us tea whenever they see us sitting at the hotel lobby. It's also very convenient with a metro station just across the road. While there is a lack of F&B outlet nearby, you can easily get drinks and snacks at Lawson next door.

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the convenience and comfort of the facilities. The rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of your staff. I would especially like to commend Mr. Duan Zexiang, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His attention to detail and care for the guests was truly remarkable. He was always checking if we needed any support and even brought us delicious soup on a chilly evening. Despite the heavy luggage, he was kind enough to assist us with carrying it to our room, which was much appreciated. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, paired with top-notch customer service, made our stay unforgettable. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience, and a special thank you to Mr. Duan Zexiang for his outstanding care and attention. Our stay was excellent here. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had tasty breakfast every day, the hotel staff was very kind, they helped us with all kind of matters (washing clothes, packages etc). We are very satisfied and would recommend the place to everyone. ☺️

I stayed twice here. Location is excellent, you can literally see the hotel after exiting Yuanshen station exit 4. It is only around 15 mins away from the bund, 1hr away from Shanghai south, and Shanghai Huaqiao railway station via metro. 1.25hrs away from Pudong airport via metro. There are a lot of restaurants nearby but not that near (around 2 blocks). Lawson convenience store is also right beside the hotel. Room is very clean and comfortable. There are slight signs of it being old but it was not a problem for us. Shower pressure is very strong, along with hot water. It was very cold outside. During my first stay, it reached 30 degrees celisus outside. The airconditioner was able to cope up with the hot weather. And on my 2nd stay it went down to 7 degrees celsius. The heater mode of the aircon also worked perfectly. Service is also good, and service crew very nice. Also, breakfast is excellent..the choice of food they serve is good as it can cater to both adults and children. They provide free unlimited bottled water, and also provide fruits daily. One thing to note is that breakfast area is small, and there will be times when someone will share a seat with you. TV is also ok. Had the standard set of Chinese channels and one English channel (CGTN) For the price I paid, it is more than worth it, and I would highly recommend. PS: There is a dumpling store nearby called Shandong dumplings and we are there 3 times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and very comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back. The service of the hotel is superb, I think this is 3 /4 star hotel but service is above 5 star. The buffet breakfast is soo good and my son who's is picky eater enjoyed it. On top of that there is free laundry that's a plus. A free fruits everyday and even give us free sweet soup at the end of the day from a very cold outside. It kept us warm. I even lost our key room card and didn't charge us for that. Thank you maixinge for the hospitality and warm welcome. Will surely comeback soon. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is located in the central area of Shanghai. It’s very comfortable to travel by DIDI and subway. Very professional services and helpful staff. I will definitely come back here agin when I come to Shanghai.

Nice location, 2 min walk from the metro station and close to the center. Breakfast is more like lunch/dinner for me it wasnt a problem :)

Absolutely hospitable service from the hotel reception. They serve complimentary dessert every night, which I like the most. The breakfast has a lot of variety, too. The hotel is located near the metro station and there is Lawson in front of the hotel. Great stay!

Breakfast was very good and service was great. Staff were always ready to help.
