Staying at the Saha Hotel this time was truly a hidden gem, I have to give it full marks! First, let me commend the service; everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Whenever I needed something, they responded immediately, making the entire stay very comfortable. I especially want to praise the highly responsible butler! My face was dry and itchy, and I just casually mentioned it. To my surprise, the butler thoughtfully brought me a facial mask. After using it, my skin felt much more soothed. This level of attentiveness was truly touching! As for the facilities, the room's cleanliness was impeccable; every nook and cranny was spotless. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a very restful sleep. The food was also to my liking; the breakfast offered a wide variety, leaving me super satisfied. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit. It's truly worth recommending!

The service was excellent, and they even provided complimentary fruit upon arrival. The environment was clean, and the location was very convenient, with many museums nearby to explore.

The environment here is great, with a lovely water feature right at the entrance. My friends and I ordered a lot of takeout (plus some extra food for our friends), and I felt like the delivery robot was constantly serving us – we almost felt a bit bad! 😂😂😂 The breakfast was also delicious; the wontons were thin-skinned and generously filled, just like the good ones you find up North – really satisfying! The staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly nice. She helped my friend get a candied hawthorn stick and, seeing we had a lot of luggage, carried our things all the way until we got into our car. Other staff members also helped with our bags. Full marks, absolutely fantastic! 👍

This Atour hotel's lobby area is definitely its biggest highlight – perfect for photos and very photogenic. There were so many girls doing photoshoots there. Upon check-in, the front desk offered three different scents to choose from, and they'd send the corresponding essential oil to your room. However, I barely noticed any scent in the room, so I'm not sure if I wasn't using it correctly. The room itself was decorated in dark, warm tones. I absolutely loved the sink – no matter how strong the water pressure, it never splashed out, which was a huge plus. The minibar included black tea, coconut water, mineral water, and sugar-free cola. Honestly, some of us do drink regular cola, like me! The mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm – super comfortable to sleep on. Of course, Atour is known for its bedding, and they definitely lived up to that reputation here. The toiletries were Le Labo, which is decent. But with so many high-end hotels now competing on toiletries, it wasn't as impressive as it once might have been. One downside, though, was the lack of lotion in the room. You had to call room service to get it delivered, and it wasn't even Le Labo, which felt a bit odd. I have to praise their breakfast – they actually had yellow croaker noodles! It was delicious, and many of their other offerings were quite distinctive too. I highly recommend booking with breakfast included, and the breakfast restaurant itself is very grand. Oh, and they also offer late-night snacks, but I was already full in the evening, so I didn't go. I heard they have congee, noodles, and wontons. That's all.

My bestie and I stayed at the SAHO Hotel North Bund for a night, and the experience was absolutely perfect! Atour's high-end line truly delivers. Upon entering, we were greeted by wooden water features and a subtle fragrance, instantly easing the fatigue from shopping. My photos on social media were flooded with questions asking for the link! The prime location is ideal for friends to explore. We could walk to Waibaidu Bridge and Suzhou Creek, and the night view of Lujiazui's 'Three Graces' was absolutely stunning. The guest rooms have excellent soundproofing, with triple-glazed windows blocking out all the noise. The smart lighting and ergonomic mattress ensured we had a great night's sleep, even after binge-watching shows late into the night. Details like LELABO toiletries and custom fragrances really appealed to us '精致女孩' (sophisticated girls). We just wanted to stay cooped up in the room, doing face masks and chatting – it was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The service was attentive yet discreet. The front desk staff patiently helped us plan our route, and the butler even sent up birthday noodles (it happened to be my birthday). The breakfast featured freshly wrapped xiaolongbao and healthy porridge, which were incredibly authentic. And returning to the hotel late at night, there were heartwarming mini wontons available – the value for money was simply outstanding. The tea pavilion and book bar in the public area are perfect for photos. Incense burning, tea drinking, and quiet reading – it perfectly captured the relaxed vibe for a bestie date. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I'm definitely choosing this place again!

This is my umpteenth time at the Saihe, and the consistent quality of the breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks always wins over me and my friends. Although the rooms aren't huge, they're perfectly adequate for sleeping, especially in such a prime location like North Bund. What truly stands out is the thoughtful layout and the intoxicating, elegant scent of pomelo. The cleaning staff are friendly and meticulous in their work. Its excellent location attracts many international guests, and it feels even more popular now than when it first opened. I've never really left a detailed review since it opened, so I hope this helps future guests. This hotel is in a fairly central location in Shanghai, making it convenient to get anywhere. I'm sure most people who choose this hotel have done their research. Just a few minutes' walk across Chongming Road in front of the hotel, you'll find Metro Line 10 and 12. The Bund's attractions are about a 15-minute walk away, and popular spots like Yuanmingyuan Road and Waibaidu Bridge are also close by. As a long-time Atour member, the quality of Saihe is beyond doubt. I'd especially like to commend Political Commissar Xiao Song and the restaurant's customer service representative, Yinuo, for their consistent help, which leaves us looking forward to our next visit. As a local, this has become our go-to gathering spot for friends and family. A big thank you to all the leaders and customer service staff who have assisted us. We will definitely be back!
