Located conveniently between T1 and T2 terminals, it's also very close to the city rail line. The hotel facilities are practical, the staff are highly professional, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. All in all, I'm very satisfied!

This hotel is located right in the terminal, making check-in incredibly convenient – you can just walk there. Plus, you can check flight information at any time from the hotel lobby on the third floor. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff provided very attentive service. Even though we were stranded at the airport due to a typhoon, the hotel's pleasant environment offered a brief and welcome respite during our trip.

Not bad, it's genuinely close to Terminal 1. I actually timed it, and it takes 12 minutes to walk from the room to the China Eastern check-in counter at T1. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was okay. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy at night, as Pudong Airport has quite a few flights taking off then.

I chose this airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. I booked a premium room with a king-size bed. When I arrived, the bellhop took my luggage from the car and brought it directly to my room. The hotel shuttle service is convenient, and the room was clean and quiet. The noise from planes taking off and landing at the airport barely affected my sleep. I would definitely prioritize staying here again for future early flights.

It took less than 10 minutes to walk from T1, but you have to pay attention to the signs as you might miss the hotel entrance if you're not careful. Jeep at the front desk was very thoughtful. Seeing I had two kids with me, he proactively upgraded us to a room with a sofa bed and offered complimentary drinks, which was a pleasant surprise right at the start of our trip.

There's an indoor and outdoor parking lot on the first floor, capped at 80 per day. We drove with our child and left the car at the hotel for our trip abroad. When we return, we can pick up the car quickly from the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel's service is excellent, and it's very clean. It's close to the airport but very quiet, not noisy at all! We saw that breakfast was for two adults, and they kindly provided an extra child's breakfast for free – very nice! When checking in, I noticed many foreigners checking in, and it made me think we were also about to become 'foreigners' in someone else's eyes as we headed abroad, which was quite interesting! Also, a big thank you to front desk staff Renee and Yulia for their warm, professional, efficient, and patient service. The overall experience was great. This will be my top choice for accommodation near Pudong Airport next time!

The room was spacious enough, and there was nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. What I liked most was its proximity to the terminal, which is perfect for catching early morning flights. You can just walk to the terminal with your luggage, and both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are close by. The only thing I didn't like was how far the elevator was from the room.

The room was quite new. I stayed in a twin room, but for some reason, after one night, I developed a lot of itchy bumps on my legs (it took several days to clear up, but my child had no issues). Since I had an early morning flight, I didn't report it to the front desk, so I'm giving a low score for hygiene. I had dinner there, and the casual dining at the restaurant was pretty good. The quiet room I requested had excellent soundproofing.

The best choice for early morning flights from Pudong Airport. It's an eight-minute walk to the terminal, and there are plenty of dining options in the hotel building itself, offering every convenience to guests. Very satisfied, I'll definitely stay here again next time I travel.
