Hilton Hotels consistently deliver excellent quality, making them our top choice when traveling with family, and our trip to Shanghai was no exception. We chose the Siping Road branch for its superb location, which made getting around by taxi or subway, and visiting various attractions, incredibly convenient. On our first day, we received a welcome fruit platter, and the thoughtful late-night snacks each evening were a lovely touch. These small details made us feel truly cared for, and our travel weariness instantly vanished. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and friendly. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff on the 5th floor – despite the heavy workload during the National Day holiday, they promptly attended to our needs from morning till night, keeping our room impeccably clean. Big thumbs up! The hotel is just 100 meters from Siping subway station and about 300 meters from Heping Park. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai and will recommend it to our friends.

I booked this room for a friend. It's only a few meters from the subway, which makes it super convenient for getting to Hongqiao Airport and the train station. The facilities are good, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was decent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly, and the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. They even helped me extend my check-out time when I had an urgent matter. The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of Siping Road on Line 10, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room was also exceptionally clean. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Extremely clean. I saw housekeepers using vacuum cleaners to clean sofas after guests checked out. The service attitude was also great. The best part is that it's only a few dozen meters from the Exit to both Metro Lines 8 and 10, which is super convenient. Highly recommended.
