Everything's great about the stay! The location - plenty of food choices and Walmart being in the neighborhood...just fantastic. Staff - very grateful to the xiaoge who helped us check in early! Everyone at the reception also helped us with our food delivery orders when we were stuck indoors with a passing typhoon outside. The Food delivery robot was so cute and awesome! Only issue was the smoke we kept smelling. Someone's definitely smoking in the hotel and the smoke kept getting into our room and we had to keep airing our room. Free airport shuttle makes it best! But this family of 6 had so much luggage (like 20 bags or so), it made the ride so miserable for everyone else. Maybe there should be a limit to how many pieces each person can bring onto the bus or a friendly reminder at least. People with too much luggage should arrange their own transport. Nobody could walk along the walkway of the bus because of the amount of luggage. And bags were moving about while the bus drove...scary. I felt sorry for the bus driver who had to be yelled at by that family too.

The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Booked my shuttle bus for next day upon my arrival. In a quiet area, a small mall with a big supermarket and some eatery. There is a laundry room with 3 washer and dryer. Is free. Value for money and if back , I sure stay here again.
