I was suffocating in the room with my young son. The air conditioning was broken, and the receptionist couldn't help me. I left the door open so I could breathe. This is unacceptable; I do not recommend staying there.

Came to Shanghai for a show and chose this hotel. The room was very clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for transport. They also offered complimentary tea and candies in the common area, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's close to where I needed to go. There's a coffee shop and convenience store right downstairs. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and snacks, which is a really nice and thoughtful touch. Very good, very good ♥

This place feels like a cool, understated, and incredibly impressive person – the kind you just want to get to know better. The space is small but utilized to its absolute maximum potential. The bedding feels comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member at the front desk is warm and friendly. A real gem, a gem, a gem!

The room wasn't huge, but it was really clean. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was super nice and respectful of our requests. They also had all the amenities you'd need, like a microwave, washing machine, and dryer. Plus, it's pretty close to all the main attractions.

It's quite spacious with many rooms. The facilities are new and the rooms are very clean. The male and female bathrooms and washrooms are located at opposite ends of the hallway, offering good privacy. There are also small snacks available at the front desk.

Clean and tidy, with warm and hassle-free service. The common areas are cleaned very frequently and are spotless. Before arriving, I was worried about the room being small and the bedding not being clean, but upon check-in, I found it to be odor-free and very neat. The front desk staff were proactively friendly and enthusiastic, and all sorts of amenities were provided, even disposable earplugs, which I didn't expect. Although the bathrooms are shared, guests are generally very considerate, so there were no issues. The hotel also provides a hairdryer, non-slip mats, and toilet seat cleaner. All in all, for its prime location, it's the top choice for value for money, bar none! [Strong]

Convenient transportation, with free coffee, various herbal teas, candies, and snacks in the common areas. The mineral water in the room is also free. The pillows are super comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent!

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, bus stop, and commercial area, making travel and shopping incredibly easy.
