The Langham Shanghai on the Bund

Exceeded my expectations. Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The host was incredibly responsive and always willing to help. It was genuinely very clean! 💝✨️

This guesthouse is a budget-friendly option, perfect for family trips. It's conveniently located close to the scenic area, and we even saw many international tourists staying there. Overall, it's a worthwhile place to stay.

We stayed in the Loft Suite with a view this time with my family, and it exceeded our expectations. The room design was very well-structured and unique, with spacious and bright interiors, making it perfect for families traveling with children. The most stunning feature was the apartment's terrace, which offered an incredible view, perfect for enjoying the Bund's night lights. The service at the apartment was warm and thoughtful, the environment was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive. It would be even better if a curtain could be added next to the two upper beds. If the facility details could be refined a bit more, it would be absolutely perfect. Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from its excellent value for money.

The location is fantastic, you can see the 'Three-Piece Suit' (Lujiazui skyline) at night. There are breakfast shops and fruit stores nearby! I especially recommend the Xiangyang restaurant across the street downstairs; their stir-fried noodles and stir-fried rice cakes are delicious – honestly the best I've had in Shanghai, no kidding! Also, the service from the owner is great. I booked a high-floor room with a view, highly recommended!
