Shanghai Bund Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street JIANGUO PALACE Hotel

The hotel is continently located near shopping food and historical landmarks. The hotel was very clean and my room had an amazing view.

We had a very pleasant stay at Jianguo Hotel. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We especially loved the huge 2m king-size smart massage bed — my girl really enjoyed it! 😊 The location is very convenient, with plenty of eateries, shops and amenities nearby, as well as easy access to the train station, which made travelling around Shanghai much easier. The only small downside was that the air-conditioning was a little noisy, especially at night, but it did not affect our overall stay too much. Overall, we had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. ❤️

We had a really comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything was great except that room keeping could be a lilttle more precise such as cleaning the table. Food can be seen left on the table and cups were not washed properly. However, I would like to praise front desk '小琴' for her great hospitality & professionalism. She is always in smile & always render help in enthusiasm!

Near people square mrt station abt 5 mins walk. Surrounded with shopping mall convenience stores and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Botrui Shanghai Bund Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel. The location could not be better. It is within walking distance of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and Raffles City mall is nearby for shopping and dining. Getting around downtown Shanghai is extremely convenient.

This hotel is a great place to stay. We enjoyed staying here as the room and hotel environment is clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu was excellent. Will come back here again soon.

The front desk staff member name YUKI, was very friendly and helpful. Yuki allowed an early check in, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight from Jakarta. I would recommend this hotel!!
