The hotel is clean, well-lit, and the breakfast is good. Its location next to the new international exhibition center is convenient, and there's easy access to shopping nearby. Plus, there's free parking downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel specifically to experience the Maglev train, and it's super close to Longyang Road Maglev Station, just a short walk away. The room wasn't huge, but it had a Chinese-style decor, brand new facilities, was very clean, and had good soundproofing. There's a huge Decathlon right behind the hotel, which is great for browsing. Overall, it offers really good value for money, highly recommend!

The room size is decent, and the overall layout is good, with an external window providing great natural light and ventilation, which I really appreciated. The room also came with a mini-fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there's a laundry room that's very convenient to use; you can usually wash your clothes right away without long waits. The cleanliness was generally good. On the second day, I contacted the front desk to arrange for housekeeping. The staff proactively replaced consumables like toothbrushes, showing good attention to detail. However, the bathroom tissues weren't replenished in time, which was a minor disappointment. Overall, the service was okay. The breakfast tasted fine, but the variety was a bit limited. A major plus was the hotel's complimentary late-night porridge. The staff member who delivered it was very mindful of guest privacy; after placing the meal outside the door, he would signal for us to close the door, wait for us to place the porridge on the table inside, and then reopen the door to retrieve the tray. This thoughtful detail was very much appreciated. There was a slight hiccup: on the first day, customer service confirmed they would reserve a summer iced watermelon juice for me. That day, I had walked over 20,000 steps outside. On my way back, I passed a bubble tea shop and initially thought about buying a drink to cool down, but then remembered the hotel had promised the watermelon juice, so I decided against buying it. However, upon returning to the hotel, the juice wasn't reserved, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing! Thankfully, on the second day, customer service remembered the request, and I finally got to enjoy it (the watermelon juice 🍉 with lemon slices was especially refreshing), so the recovery was well-handled. If there's one major drawback, it's the slow elevator speed. Overall, it's a very good hotel, and you won't regret staying here. The cleanliness deserves a thumbs up! 👏🏻

I booked the room a day in advance and got a great discounted rate, excellent value for money. The hotel front desk staff, both the young lady and gentleman, were very helpful. Seeing that I had two kids, they kindly gave an extra breakfast voucher for my second child and even upgraded us to a room with a window. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent too. The staff's service awareness at this hotel is truly top-notch for its price range, one of the best I've experienced. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to Longyang Road Metro Station, less than a 5-minute walk. Next door is Decathlon, I last visited it back in 2010...

It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, which is very comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and their attention to detail was great. It's within walking distance of the subway station, making travel very convenient. It's perfect for business travelers, and overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

A hidden gem of a hotel I found in Shanghai! It's less than a 10-minute walk from a Line 2 subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms and facilities are quite new, and the service was excellent. Great value for money, a very satisfying stay. Highly recommended!
