We stayed in this hotel because it offered a family room, airport transfer, breakfast, and Disney shuttle. I was contacted by staff immediately after booking and stayed in contact by IM throughout the stay. This contact was very valuable for trip planning and for navigating on site since we do not have passable Mandarin skills. The facilities were comfortable and clean. Because we were there for Disney, we did not participate in the other activities offered at the hotel, but it may be worthwhile to spend some time in the area if you're not in a hurry. The rooms are in different buildings on the property, each one with a unique design. We would stay there again.

This place deserves more than 100% for their friendly staff, willingness to help and being accommodating to every need you might have! The rooms are great! Clean and has everything you need. Breakfast is really nice. I would highly recommend this Suyu home stay for families visiting Disneyland as their transportation service is excellent and this venue would also be amazing for events. I don’t even need to add photos as their photos are 100% authentic!
