The Kunlun Jing An

The Kunlun Jing An Hotel in Shanghai is located in the heart of the city, making transportation and shopping incredibly convenient. From the higher-floor rooms, you can enjoy stunning city views. The executive lounge offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hour with light bites. Guests dining in the executive lounge can overlook Jing'an Temple and even spot the Oriental Pearl Tower and the 'Pudong Three-Piece Suit' (Lujiazui skyline) in the distance. I will definitely choose to stay at the Kunlun Jing An Hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The location is convenient, with shopping malls nearby. Breakfast is served on the first floor; the environment is great, and the food and service are good. We had to leave unexpectedly and couldn't check out on time, but the hotel kindly offered a late checkout at no extra charge, which was very thoughtful of them.

The Executive Lounge on the 38th floor of the Kunlun Jing An offers truly unparalleled views. As soon as you sit down, you're enveloped in the bustling energy of Shanghai, which has a distinct charm both day and night. The service in the lounge is wonderfully comfortable – not a forced friendliness, but just the right amount of attentiveness. The food and drinks are consistently excellent; both the afternoon tea and happy hour are reliably good quality, making for a truly relaxing experience. This established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation; the attention to detail is evident throughout.

The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Jing'an Temple. Surrounded by towering trees, the old houses with their unique styles quietly showcase the distinctive charm of Shanghai. The hotel lobby is very grand, and the breakfast area has a strong Southeast Asian vibe. The only downside is that the pillows were uncomfortably high, and compared to hotels like Atour, the mattress felt outdated and not very comfortable to sleep on.

This hotel offers the best value for money, considering both its location and facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the gym and sauna are excellent, truly reflecting the luxury of what used to be a 5-star Hilton. From the moment I entered, I felt the thoughtful service. Because I booked through Ctrip, the hotel generously invited me to enjoy an exquisite afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, and the beautiful view from the window was unforgettable.

I stayed at the Kunlun Hotel Shanghai Jing'an, originally just for a layover, but to my surprise, I got upgraded to a suite. That immediately made my stay much more comfortable! It's very close to the subway station, which made getting around quite convenient. The hotel's swimming and fitness facilities were decent enough. Apart from the hotel being a bit older overall, everything else was fine. The view from the window was also lovely.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. Jing'an Temple and Paramount are right across the street. It's a highly recommended hotel.

My son and I were on a trip together. We stayed at the Kunlun Jing An, and the lobby was opulent. Our room was spacious and bright, with a beautiful view of Shanghai's cityscape from the window. The in-room amenities were excellent, and the bathroom's hot water was perfect in both temperature and pressure, making for a very comfortable experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a two or three-minute walk from Jing'an Temple Metro Station. There are many delicious local restaurants around the hotel, and the Ole supermarket in Kerry Center shopping mall is also very close by, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

I was in Shanghai for a business trip and stayed at the Kunlun Hotel Jing An Shanghai for the first time. It's an older, established five-star hotel with a convenient location and great access to transportation. It's very close to Jing'an Temple and Kerry Centre. Highly recommended!
