The room is clean. The flat screen TV is huge. There is no mini fridge and safe in the room, however. The bed is on the hard side but suits me well.
The breakfast is tasty but basically stay the same day over day. The breakfast runs from 7 to 9:30 in the morning. It got crowded during peak time.
Staffs are efficient. A bit more smile on their face would be nice and go a long way.
The worst part is the cigarette smoking odors from time to time. The entire building is smoking free but a few guests did not behave well on this regard. They did smoke behind the closed door.

The entire floor smelled of disinfectant water. After the room was checked in in the afternoon, the windows were opened for ventilation. When I returned in the evening, the smell of disinfectant water was still there. The pillow is not clean and has lint on it

I had an early morning flight and the shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Food is also a short walk away, so I think it was perfect for the night before.
