The front desk service here is really great; they helped me check in quickly even though I arrived quite late. I'll definitely be back in the future. The surrounding area is very lively, with plenty of food options, and it's super convenient for local tours.

Great location, very close to the subway, making transport super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right outside. Definitely recommend! 👍👍

There's a restaurant downstairs that's open in the early hours, and the stir-frying noise was incredibly loud the night I stayed. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; even with the windows tightly shut, the noise was still very noticeable, and I could also hear people talking in the hallway. The room photos looked pretty good, but it was more compact than I expected. I booked for October 25-27, 2025, so this review is a bit late, but hopefully, it's helpful.

The hotel service was outstanding, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning on the Disney shuttle bus was also great. It offered excellent value for money, with incredibly friendly staff and no hidden fees whatsoever.

The room was spotless. Both the housekeeping staff and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. We even received a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely touch! The Disneyland shuttle service is also a great bonus. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.
