The hotel service was outstanding, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning on the Disney shuttle bus was also great. It offered excellent value for money, with incredibly friendly staff and no hidden fees whatsoever.

Overall, it was quite good and offered great value for money. The service was really good! The room itself was decent enough, though the bathroom did have a slight odor.

This is such a thoughtful touch for park-goers, completely eliminating transportation worries and making it effortless to start a fun-filled Disney day. It truly saved us a lot of hassle. We'll definitely be choosing this hotel again on our next visit!

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of hot water, and complimentary bottled water was generously provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Chuansha Station (Metro Line 2). Downstairs, you'll find various eateries for convenient meals, along with fruit shops and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend!

I really have to praise this hotel! The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She offered water, upgraded my room, helped carry my luggage to the ride-share car, and even closed the car door for me. That's truly exceptional service, very impressive! The surrounding area offers plenty of convenient dining options, making it a great place to stay if you're visiting Disneyland. My only minor points are that the hotel's duvet felt a bit stiff and heavy, and you could hear toilet flushing sounds at night.

The service was excellent. I opted for a quiet room. We took the 6:20 AM shuttle in the morning, and the driver even shared tips for Disneyland. We arrived around 6:40 AM, walked around the lake, and joined the queue by 7 AM. We stood in line until 8 AM when ticket checks began, and officially entered the park at 8:30 AM. We managed to enjoy 7 attractions that day, leaving the park at 9:55 PM. We hurried back and caught the 10:20 PM hotel shuttle. The shuttle driver even had a cute Nick Wilde (from Zootopia) charm hanging in the car! The female staff at the hotel were also incredibly warm and welcoming. ☺

This hotel is clean, affordable, and offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located quite close to both Disneyland and the Wildlife Park, making it a great recommendation for families traveling with children. The manager was very kind, and the ladies at the front desk were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

Absolutely phenomenal! The room was great, spotlessly clean, and they even provided disposable cups. But the service truly blew us away – it was absolutely fantastic! I honestly didn't expect the staff to be so wonderful. One of the team members even helped us with our luggage. It was an overall excellent experience.
